How to find a reputable contractor?

There is never a guarantee you will hire the best contractor for your Terrazzo needs, However there are steps to help ensure that you have quality contractors to choose from.

1. Ask your neighbors! Chances are that they have done or no somebody that has experienced this restoration. Terrazzo repair, cleaning and polishing is an art and your contractor should have the experience and expertise to restore and polish a Terrazzo floor the correct way.

2. After compiling a list of reputable contractors that specialize in Terrazzo flooring, shorten the list to 3 to 5 to have come and give an estimate. Usually reputable businesses will do this free of charge. Take time to look at the company’s website or other information you have obtained. Be sure to ask for references, any photo's of current work. Make sure when the contractor gives you a bid it is in writing.
